Smart Meeting Pro Personal Edition lets you build ideas without restraint. Whether you’re preparing for a meeting, collaborating in one or reviewing the information afterwards, you can access, engage and create content anytime, from anywhere.

Unbound Workspace – Don’t bother erasing. Just keep working. There are no space restrictions to the workspace. Insert images, hyperlinks or other files you need to work on. Write in digital ink, zoom in and out using gestures and pan across the workspace.

Bookmarks – Bookmark key content within the workspace so that you can navigate back to it for reference or in a presentation.

Shapes Tool – Import shapes into the workspace from the toolbar.

Gestures – Pan across the workspace. Zoom in to work on details in a 3D model or other detailed content.

Radar View – Navigate back to content using the map at the top right of the screen.

Write in any application – SMART Ink lets you write in any application you’re using, whether it be PDF, PPT or industry-specific software like AutoCAD. Just pick up the pen and start writing. Windows 10 is fully supported.

Integration with SMART Bridgit software – A license to SMART Bridgit lets remote participants join meetings remotely and write over content in the workspace. It’s as if they are in the room. A separate license is required for Bridgit.

Adobe PDF integration – Write in Adobe PDF files. All contributions are attributed to whoever wrote them. Remote participants can write in the files via SMART Bridgit software. You can also instantly import PDF files into the Meeting Pro workspace.

Bookmarks – Insert bookmarks to easily navigate to content when referencing or presenting material.

Customizable Business Gallery – Customize galleries using your company’s templates.

Content Import – Quickly and easily import a PDF or PPT file into the unbound workspace to collaborate with co-workers before, during and after a meeting.

Touch gestures – Zoom, flick and rotate objects easily – SMART Meeting Pro PE supports touch gestures like those used in the Microsoft® Windows® 7 operating system.

Multi-tool, multi-touch – Work naturally by using touch gestures to write and manipulate content, or simply pick up a pen or eraser. Two people can interact with content simultaneously.

Object recognition – Functionality automatically adjusts depending on the tool or object being used, whether it’s a pen, finger, eraser or fist.

Radar View – Keep a maps-style overview of your content that shows your current location and content that is outside of your current view, as well as allowing you to navigate to different areas of your workspace.
